Hungry for Creativity

lawrenceantaran:

Earlier today, a multimedia design student who chanced upon one of my online profiles asked about my description, which stated “hungry for creativity.”

Student: ”Tell me, what is in creativity that you hunger for so much?”

Me: ”The opportunity to see the world in a different way and the possibility to change lives, from a day renewed with a smile to a memory that stays for a lifetime.

Doesn’t that create tremors from deep within ones humanity?”

Have a creative week ahead, everyone.

Oh my God. That’s why I love that movie so much.

So TRUE! I have thoughts of this same line. Most especially in a democratic country, if all citizens topple down a system, no matter how much power the people in the government have, they can be defeated by the masses. referencing abuse of authority in Libya and other parts of Asia, of which people started revolution.

TARSIUS, PRIMATE
NEW RELEASE!
Primate is the debut album from laptop and drums duo Tarsius, comprised of wunderkind Diego Mapa (Pedicab, The Diegos, among others) and Jay Gapasin (The Radioactive Sago Project). Combining samples, electronic tracks, live drum tracks, as well as vocals from several collaborators, Primate is an eclectic collection that moves from dance-floor fillers such as “Deathless Gods,” to drum-and-bass throwbacks like “Chosen Few,” to darker, more contemplative efforts such as “Whirling Dervish.” Mapa’s and Gapasin’s broad interest in electronic music is apparent throughout Primate, as is their belief in the “no rules, no thinking” philosophy of major influences such as Daedelus.
Apart from Daedelus, Mapa counts Four Tet’s collaboration with legendary jazz drummer Steve Reid as a source of inspiration. Unlike the Four Tet-Reid improvisational project, however, Tarsius welcomes the possible confusion caused by having live drums playing over electronic beats. “Sometimes we lose our groove,” says Mapa, “but there’s a really ecstatic feeling when we connect again on a track.” This preference for performing electronic music as a band can be seen in Tarsius’s transformation from a solo bedroom project to a two-man team. On Primate, Mapa and Gapasin extend the project further by collaborating with artists such as Slow Hello, Archaster, Evil Scientists, Caliph8 and Malek Lopez.
Primate is available as a free download for a limited period. It will be released in vinyl in early 2012.

Think twice about becoming vegan

In today’s trendy artsy world, more and more young people are becoming vegan every single day. The reason most of these people become vegan is for the protection and welfare of animals. They encourage vegan meals, no meat, cheese, dairy, eggs etc. What most vegans do not realise is that there is a dirty underworld to the growing and manufacturing of this disgusting world trade that is kept well hidden from society.

Above is a picture taken in Indonesia of a carrot being prepared and slaughtered. The carrots are first skinned, then drowned, and can be eaten raw or are cooked in boiling water.

Also above is a disturbing picture of potatoes being ripped from their home. The preparation is the same as the carrots.

Bananas grow together in a herd. When they ripen, they are stolen from their family, and whilst they are still alive their skin is peeled back and their entire body is usually in eaten in about 6 bites.

In short, let’s not eat at all. :))

We’re all gonna die anyway. in fact all kinds of species have different levels of toxins present in them. Yeah. no one should eat, by not eating starvation will become existent coz everybody does it. * sarcasm *
